Synopse
Im faschistischen Italien vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wird der grausame General Rodolfo Graziani direkt von Benito Mussolini beauftragt, im Kolonialkrieg in Libyen zu kämpfen, um die arabische Nation zu besiegen. Seine Truppen werden jedoch häufig von dem nationalen Führer Omar Mukhtar und seiner Armee von Beduinen besiegt. Aber der Schlächter von Äthiopien und Libyen benutzt einen schmutzigen Krieg gegen die Eingeborenen, bei dem Frauen, Kinder und alte Menschen abgeschlachtet werden, um Mukhtar zu unterwerfen.
