Dirk Powell (born 1969) is an American fiddler, banjo player, and singer. Powell grew up in Oberlin, Ohio, the son of parents who had relocated there from Kentucky. He is considered one of the world's leading experts on traditional Appalachian fiddle and banjo styles.
