Richie Jen Hsien-chi (born 23 June 1966) is a Taiwanese singer and actor. He graduated from the Chinese Culture University's physical education department. His biggest hit was the 1996 song "Too Softhearted" (心太軟), which most of the royalties came from pirates. His other hits include "Look Over Here, Girl" (對面女孩看過來), "The Sad Pacific" (傷心太平洋), "Start Again" (再出發), "I'm a Fish" (我是一隻魚), "End of the World" (天涯), and "Flowers Bloom in Spring" (春天花會開).
