Synopsis

10,000 BC tells the story of D'Leh, a pseudo-orphaned semi-outcast who grows up as the protégé of master hunter Tic'Tic after his father leaves on a secret, prophecy-related mission.

Despite sacrificing his chance to win status and the charmed girl Evolet, who falls for his rival-buddy Ka'Ren, D'Leh takes charge of an epic rescue mission after the couple is taken captive by horse-riding slave-hunters.

He follows the caravan all the way to the pyramid building site of a 'living god', winning the support of people he impressed along the way and secretly forging a slave rise in a bid for his people's liberation.
