Synopsis

Fabienne, Laura, Lisa and Stephanie celebrate their 18th anniversary. Now they have become adults and feel free to do whatever they want. Or are they different than all the other young teenagers just because they gave birth to their kids at the age of fourteen? These four girls had to take a decision of life and death at the age of fourteen. They all chose life. 18 shows their yearning for a happy life facing a changing society.
