Synopsis

A Girl at My Door is a South Korean drama film directed by July Jung. The story follows a young police officer named Young-nam who is transferred to a small seaside village after a personal scandal. She soon becomes involved in the lives of a troubled teenage girl named Do-hee and her abusive stepfather.

As Young-nam tries to protect Do-hee from her stepfather's violence, she also uncovers dark secrets about the girl's family and the village as a whole. The relationship between Young-nam and Do-hee deepens as they both struggle to find a way out of their difficult circumstances.
