Synopsis

Agent Carter is a television series that follows the adventures of Peggy Carter, a former British intelligence officer who becomes a secret agent for the SSR.

The first season is set in 1946, where Carter must juggle her mundane office duties at the SSR in New York City with her covert missions to help Howard Stark, who is wrongly accused of supplying dangerous weapons to enemies of the United States.

To uncover the truth and clear Stark's name, Carter enlists the help of Stark's loyal butler, Edwin Jarvis, to track down the real culprits and eliminate the dangerous weapons.

In the second season, Carter relocates from New York City to Los Angeles to confront the threats posed by the Secret Empire in the wake of World War II and the dawn of the Atomic Age.

During her time in Los Angeles, Carter forms new alliances, finds a new home, and even discovers a potential new romantic interest, all while continuing her fight against injustice and corruption.
