Synopsis

"AIC 23" is the story of Alan Poole McLard, a film studies professor at a community college, who is trying to make a documentary about ALICE IN CHAINS to coincide with the release of his new album, The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here. Without the cooperation of the Alice in Chains members, Alan does his best to interview other musicians who may or may not have influenced AIC over the years. The film features cameo appearances by Metallica's Lars and Robert, Necrobotica's Unta Gleeben Glabben Globben, Heart's Ann and Nancy Wilson, Singing Dollarhides' Donnie "Skeeter" Dollarhide Jr., Pearl Jam's Mike McCready, Nesta Cleveland, Soundgarden's Kim Thayil, Duff McKagan of Guns n Roses / Walking Papers and blogger Stanley Eisen.
