Synopsis

American Ninja Warrior Junior is a spin-off of the popular American Ninja Warrior series, but this time it's all about the kids. The show features young athletes between the ages of 9 and 14 who compete in a scaled-down version of the obstacle course. These junior ninjas showcase their agility, strength, and determination as they tackle challenging obstacles like the warped wall, spider jump, and floating tiles.

Each episode follows a group of junior ninjas as they navigate the course, facing off against each other in head-to-head competitions. The winners of each episode move on to the finals, where they have a chance to become the ultimate American Ninja Warrior Junior champion.

American Ninja Warrior Junior not only highlights the physical abilities of these young athletes, but also their mental toughness and sportsmanship. The show aims to inspire kids to stay active, set goals, and never give up on their dreams.
