Synopsis
Angela Henson is an outstanding student with a loving family and dreams of becoming a doctor. Then, at fourteen, Angela discovers that her parents are CIA agents, suspected of treason for selling state secrets to the enemy. With her parents in prison, Angela's path leads her on a journey as an FBI agent in New York City, with a specialty in discovering when both suspects and victims are lying. However, the past still has a hold on Angela, making her suspicious of others and closing in on her new boyfriend Peter and her younger brother Jerry. No matter how hard she tries to correct her parents' mistakes, she still must face them and find out if it is possible that she is sending him coded messages or not.
