Synopsis

"Being Erica" is a story about a young adult woman named Erica Strange who is struggling with the consequences of her bad decisions. Her therapist, Dr. Tom, is both her savior and worst enemy, constantly quoting historical figures. Erica shares with Dr. Tom a list of pivotal moments in her life that she believes have led to her current state.

Unbeknownst to Erica, Dr. Tom uses this list to transport her back in time to these moments, giving her the opportunity to make better decisions with the knowledge she has now. Despite the changes she makes, Dr. Tom hopes that Erica will realize that her own opinions about her life and decisions are more important than others' judgments.
