Synopsis

BrainDead is a political satire television series that follows Laurel Healy, a young documentary filmmaker who takes a job working for her brother, Senator Luke Healy, in Washington, D.C. As Laurel navigates the world of politics, she discovers that a mysterious alien species is eating the brains of several members of Congress, causing them to behave erratically.

The series combines elements of comedy, drama, and science fiction as Laurel teams up with a group of eccentric individuals to uncover the truth behind the brain-eating aliens. As the situation escalates, Laurel must balance her personal and professional life while trying to save the country from the impending alien threat.
