Synopsis

Mid 50's in Bogota, an ambitious urban project of modernization advanced unprecedented, feeding the expectations of architects, merchants and city dwellers, thought as a way of vital importance for the city the tenth race was being completed, but as the decades passed a decadent tone began to stain its streets, becoming the criminal epicenter of the city, although there are identifiable factors that caused the decline of this route. How much have these factors affected the Tenth? How much have they changed it?
