Synopsis

Two paramedics find themselves in a life-threatening situation after they pick up a wounded man in the middle of nowhere. Forced to take a detour, they end up in a deadly game of cat and mouse with a vicious drug lord who will stop at nothing to retrieve his stolen merchandise.
