Synopsis

Dead Ringers is a psychological thriller film directed by David Cronenberg. The movie follows identical twin gynecologists, Beverly and Elliot Mantle, who share everything in their lives, including their medical practice and their women.

As the twins become involved with a famous actress named Claire Niveau, their relationship starts to unravel. Beverly becomes obsessed with Claire, while Elliot tries to maintain control over the situation.

Things take a dark turn when Beverly starts experimenting with drugs and begins to lose his grip on reality. The twins' codependent relationship becomes toxic, leading to a shocking and tragic conclusion.

Dead Ringers explores themes of identity, obsession, and the destructive nature of codependency. The film is a chilling and thought-provoking look at the complexities of the human mind and the dangers of losing oneself in another.
