Synopsis

Del perduto amore is a tragic love story set in 19th century Italy. The protagonist, Giulia, is a young and beautiful woman who falls in love with a wealthy nobleman, Lorenzo. Their love is forbidden by society due to their different social statuses, but they defy all odds and continue their relationship in secret.

**However, tragedy strikes when Lorenzo's family discovers their affair and forces him to marry another woman of their choosing. Heartbroken and devastated, Giulia is left alone and heartbroken. She wanders the streets of Florence, consumed by grief and despair.

**As Giulia's health deteriorates from the pain of lost love, she becomes a shadow of her former self. The once vibrant and joyful woman is now a mere shell of her former self, haunted by memories of her lost love. In the end, Giulia succumbs to her broken heart and dies alone, never to be reunited with her beloved Lorenzo.
