Synopsis

Lola is a single mother, broke and works as a janitor and maid. Silvia is pregnant and her lover (her boss) does not leave her wife. Maite, who has just been widowed, discovers that she is penniless, but wants to keep up appearances and give her daughter a fancy wedding, and Pecholata, a punk kid who lives in a youth center, will soon be out on the streets. Lola, who cleans a bank every morning, decides to rob it, convincing the others to join her: they will use replica weapons, dress as men, take Silvia hostage and everything will be fine. But things go wrong, including the fact that Lola's ex, Gustavo, is a police officer. Despair can be the mother of invention, and a corrupt bank manager its father.
