Sao Paulo. Artur (Leonardo Medeiros) is an unemployed journalist, who wants to write stories for television but has trouble selling them. One of his recent jobs is with a group of indigenous people, who want to get paid to perform the rain dance. The idea is that, if the population does not pay, the Indians will not dance anymore and, with that, it will not rain in the city. At the same time, Deputy Ernesto Alves (Rubens de Falco) wants to get rid of a large amount of money that, according to him, he does not know how it appeared in his office. The deputy has a ruse with his son, which made him win 1,313 times in the lottery. Charged by his father with the task of destroying the money, he threatens to throw it out the window. The news soon spread among several taxi drivers, rumors arose as to where the money would be dumped.
