Synopsis

A shabby appearance and an equally-bad complexion are only a few issues that antisocial, delusional high-school tomboy Pauline must endure. Struggling for attention and acceptance, the otherwise-ordinary schoolgirl is suffering from the typical problems of her age, including the constant mother/daughter conflicts, the search for the perfect boyfriend, and the loss of her virginity. As if all that weren't enough, troubled Pauline's feverishly-grotesque fantasies and her hemophilia fetish have made her the school's pariah. Under those circumstances, who would blame Pauline for longing to be her little sister's hero? After all, it won't be that hard; all it takes is a dash of determination and a steady hand. Can Pauline rid herself of the sickness?
