Synopsis

In a destroyed and nameless city somewhere near the Canadian border, three violent men seem likely to come into conflict. Detective Cameron Quinn is looking for the man who killed his partner. Vicious mobster Jimmy Murtha may be the killer, but he's busy babysitting his old friend Danny Rooney, who just served three years in prison for a crime Murtha committed.
