Synopsis

In 1880, the wealthy ship owner Blake attempted to establish a leper colony on the Pacific coast of California. The few people of the nearby settlement of Antonio Bay conspired to murder Blake and to steal his gold. They used a campfire to misdirect Blake's clipper ship, causing it to crash on nearby rocks. Blake and his entire crew died, and the murderers looted Blake's fortune. They used it to finance the construction of a larger town and a new church building.

In 1980, Antonio Bay celebrates its centennial. The vengeful ghosts of Blake and his mariners arrive on a ghost ship, eager to take their revenge.
