Synopsis

The remarkable true story of refugee children who challenged a regime with the help of a video camera. Burma is a death zone, hit by a silent genocide and the longest civil war in history. Armed with a video camera, refugees from Burma produce films that define themselves in portals of triumph and tragedy for their Karen people. Filmed over two years with original photography in the interior of Thailand and Burma, this intimate journey examines war and hope through the eyes of children. This is her story... her words.
