Synopsis

From Five to Nine is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Miki Aihara. The story follows Junko Sakuraba, a 27-year-old English teacher who is set up on a blind date with a Buddhist monk named Hoshikawa Takane. Despite their differences in personality and lifestyle, the two begin to develop feelings for each other.

As Junko navigates her complicated relationship with Takane, she also faces challenges in her professional life and personal relationships. From dealing with her overbearing family to managing her students and colleagues at school, Junko must find a balance between her responsibilities and her own happiness.
