Once upon a time, in a small village, there was a little boy named Jack. Every night before going to bed, Jack would say "Goodnight, Mr. Monster" to the monster that lived under his bed.
One night, Jack's parents heard him talking to the monster and decided to investigate. They were shocked to see a big, friendly monster under Jack's bed. The monster introduced himself as "Mr. Snuggles" and explained that he was just looking for a friend.
Jack's parents were initially scared, but after seeing how kind Mr. Snuggles was, they allowed him to stay. From that day on, Jack, his parents, and Mr. Snuggles became the best of friends.
Every night, before going to bed, Jack would say "Goodnight, Mr. Monster" to Mr. Snuggles, grateful for the friendship they had found in the most unexpected of places.
