Synopsis

Atlanta has become a hotbed for hip-hop music, and it is the setting for this reality series that explores what life is like for a tight-knit crew of friends, many of whom have family members who are well-known in the hip-hop community.

But like any family, Atlanta's next generation of hip-hop stars do not always get along. Growing up together in the shadow of their legendary parents has established tight bonds and bitter rivalries, as everybody fights for their chance to push their way into the spotlight.

The well-connected Atlanta crew features, among others, Bow Wow, Da Brat, Waka Flocka Flame, Tammy Rivera, and Andrea "Drea" Kelly, the ex-wife of R. Kelly.
