Synopsis

Second-year high school student Kodaka Hasegawa transferred to his new school about a month ago, but he still hasn't made any friends. Kodaka Hasegawa was born to a Japanese father and a British mother. Because of his appearance, people think that Kodaka Hasegawa is a troubled child. One day, Kodaka Hasegawa sees his classmate Yozora Mikazuki talking nicely to himself. Kodaka Hasegawa talks to her about making friends. In order to make friends, Yozora Mikazuki decides to form the Neighbors Club and forces Kodaka to enroll in the club. Soon, other students start signing up for the Neighbors Club.
