Synopsis

Hagoku is a thrilling novel that follows the story of a young detective named Akira who is on a mission to solve a series of mysterious murders in Tokyo. As he delves deeper into the case, he uncovers a web of deceit and betrayal that leads him to question everything he thought he knew.

With the help of his partner, Mai, Akira must navigate the dangerous underworld of the city to track down the elusive killer known only as "The Shadow". As the body count rises, Akira realizes that he may be in over his head and that the truth may be more sinister than he ever imagined.

As Akira races against time to catch the killer before they strike again, he must confront his own demons and face the ultimate test of his detective skills. Will he be able to solve the case and bring the killer to justice, or will he become the next victim of The Shadow?
