Half Baked

Synopsis

Half Baked is a comedy film about a group of friends who find themselves in a series of misadventures after one of them, Kenny, accidentally kills a cop's diabetic horse. Kenny is put in jail with a 1 million dollar bail, and his friends must come up with a plan to bail him out before a dangerous rival, Nasty Nate, gets to him.

The group decides to sell marijuana that Thurgood, who works as a janitor at a pharmaceutical lab, obtains. They befriend rap star Sir Smoke-A-Lot and become rivals with dealer Samson Simpson. Meanwhile, Thurgood tries to win the affection of Mary Jane, the anti-pot daughter of another dealer.

Throughout the film, the characters engage in typical pothead behavior and encounter a variety of cameo appearances. Half Baked is a hilarious and entertaining look at the world of marijuana culture.
