Synopsis

October 29, 1998, Langdon, Illinois. It's been two bloody decades since Halloween (1978). Now, the suffocating stranglehold of unstoppable Michael Myers tightens around traumatised Laurie Strode.

As a result, Laurie, now the headmistress of Hillcrest Academy, is living in fear, protected under a new identity. However, she is unaware that the masked serial killer has already found her whereabouts, and he is hell-bent on finishing what he has started.

This time there is no turning back: Laurie must give her all to stand up for herself and look death in the eye. But does she have what it takes to destroy Michael, the right hand of evil?

Deborah Parker
8/10

The use of iconic themes from the original Halloween film in the soundtrack creates a sense of nostalgia and pays homage to the classic horror franchise, adding depth to the overall listening experience.

George Clark
5/10

I found the use of eerie strings and haunting piano melodies to be particularly effective in creating a sense of dread and unease throughout the movie.

Timothy Lee
8/10

The haunting melodies and eerie soundscapes in the soundtrack effectively build up the sense of dread and anticipation, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats.

Karen Walker
5/10

The music perfectly complements the on-screen action, building anticipation and heightening the impact of key moments.

Carol Allen
10/10

The use of iconic themes from the original Halloween movie in the soundtrack creates a sense of nostalgia and adds depth to the story. The familiar melodies evoke a sense of familiarity while also adding a new layer of intensity to the narrative, making the audience feel truly immersed in Laurie Strode's terrifying journey.

Thomas Gonzalez
1/10

The music felt generic and uninspired, with repetitive melodies that did not enhance the scenes or create a sense of dread. It felt like a missed opportunity to elevate the emotional impact of the story and the characters' struggles.
