Synopsis

When Bud McCall is framed for a drugs charge he ends up in prison and the man responsible is his former police partner and crime lord Vincent Ciccetti. Now Bud must prove his innocence by testifying against Vincent to put him and his gang behind bars for good. Vincent knows he must put a stop to Bud's testimony, so he hires Tony Marino to kill Bud. Yet Ciccetti is unaware that Bud and Tony served in Vietnam together. Now Tony must face a dreadful decision.

Bud becomes friends with his cellmate, Eddie and they attempt to escape, with the help of Tony Marino - but can Tony obey Ciccetti's orders or will he save his friend?
