Synopsis

Heartsounds is a touching story about a young couple, Sarah and Mark, who are deeply in love. They have been together for five years and are planning to get married soon. However, their lives are turned upside down when Mark is diagnosed with a rare heart condition.

As Mark's health deteriorates, Sarah is faced with the difficult decision of whether to stay by his side or move on with her life. She struggles with feelings of guilt and uncertainty, torn between her love for Mark and her desire for a normal, healthy relationship.
