Synopsis

Hot Summer Nights is a coming-of-age drama set in Cape Cod during the summer of 1991. The film follows a teenage boy named Daniel who is sent to live with his aunt for the summer after the death of his father.

While in Cape Cod, Daniel gets involved in the local drug scene and starts selling marijuana with a rebellious young man named Hunter. As their business grows, so does their friendship, but things take a dark turn when they catch the attention of a dangerous drug dealer named Dex.
