Synopsis

How I Met Your Mother is an American sitcom that follows the main character, Ted Mosby, as he recounts to his children the story of how he met their mother. The show is set in New York City and revolves around Ted's group of friends, including his best friend Marshall, Marshall's wife Lily, the womanizer Barney, and the independent Robin.

Throughout the series, Ted goes on a journey to find true love, encountering various romantic relationships and heartbreaks along the way. The show is known for its flashbacks and flashforwards, as well as its catchphrases and running gags.
