Synopsis

"Huan zhu ge ge 2" is a Chinese drama series that follows the story of a young woman named Xiao Yanzi who disguises herself as a man in order to escape an arranged marriage. She ends up in the Forbidden City where she meets the Emperor, who falls in love with her. However, their love is forbidden due to their different social statuses. As they navigate the challenges of their relationship, they must also deal with political intrigue and power struggles within the palace. Will their love be able to overcome the obstacles in their way?
