Synopsis

"Hum Hain Bemisaal" is a story about D' Souza who witnessed a physical altercation between his friend Kishan and Tootie Shah. As a result, Kishan is killed and D' Souza is arrested and sentenced to jail.

While in jail, D' Souza struggles to educate and bring up his friend's son. Years later, the boy grows up to be a police officer named Vijay Sinha. Vijay is a brave officer in a corrupt police department, often getting into confrontations with Tootie Shah and being misunderstood.

D' Souza wants Vijay to take revenge on Tootie Shah, but Vijay is under the wrong impression and is determined to ensure the total destruction of his father's killer - which turns out to be none other than D' Souza himself.
