"I'm So Excited!" is a story about a technical failure that puts the lives of the people on board Peninsula Flight 2549 in danger. The pilots, along with their colleagues in the Control Center, are working hard to find a solution to the problem.
The flight attendants and the chief steward are portrayed as atypical, baroque characters who, despite facing danger, try to put aside their own personal problems and focus on making the flight as enjoyable as possible for the passengers while they wait for a solution.
The film highlights how life in the clouds is just as complicated as life on the ground, with the same underlying reasons - sex and death. The characters navigate through these challenges as they strive to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone on board.
