Sarah Williams is a powerful executive at a prestigious publishing firm in Manhattan. She lives the ultimate life; is marrying the ideal guy, and has slept her way onto the wait list of the best private school in NYC for her as yet unconceived 2.5 children. Sarah is picture-perfect; or so that's what she has everyone believing. Her only problem - her fiancé broke up with her and moved in with another woman six months ago. But Sarah moves forward with her plans, convinced it'll all work out by her wedding day. During an exercise outing with office minions at her side, Sarah is struck by a runaway taxi and rushed to the hospital. Waking up with no family or friends visiting; Sarah realizes her life is a lie. With the help of an unexpected new friend, Melinda (Jenni Ruiza), who needs some serious guidance on an unrelenting "dick drought," Sarah is forced to re-evaluate her fabricated existence and discover what is real, who is real and what matters most in life.
