Synopsis

Allison's (Fonda Lynn) sister Mable is found dead and she discovers the wealthy, powerful Rockford family that run the prostitution, drugs and protection rackets in the city are behind it. Allison goes undercover to get closer to the core of the family, the son (Lin Tsai Pei ) but the one truly running it is the crippled mother from her wheelchair. Meanwhile a journalist Claire (Claire Angela) writing a story on the Rockford's crime has come too close and eventually ends up murdered. Husband and cop Richard (Richard Harrison) swears to take revenge not on the family but the assassin (Pierre Tremblay) who killed his wife.
