Synopsis

Kabhi Na Kabhi tells the story of Kachra Seth, who uses garbage collection to erase traces of his drug trafficking business. He hires young men like Jaggu to help sustain his trade, with Jaggu willing to commit any unlawful act for money. Jaggu is in love with Tina but struggles to express his feelings. When Jaggu's mother is hospitalized, he seeks financial help from Kachra Seth but is instead given a task he fails to complete, leading to his arrest and imprisonment.

Replacing Jaggu is Rajeshwar alias Raja, who rescues Tina from Kachra Seth's henchman and forms a bond with her. Meanwhile, Jaggu is released from prison to find his mother dead and his sister missing, believed to have committed suicide. Fueled by anger, Jaggu schemes to kill the librarian who helped convict him, successfully carrying out the plan.

A series of events bring Jaggu, Raja, and Tina together as acquaintances, with Jaggu unaware that the librarian is Raja's father and Raja unaware that Jaggu is the killer. Raja swears to hunt down his father's killer, leading the three to a crossroads in life.
