Synopsis
Peverell, a successful French Pastry Chef buys a local bakery and turns it into a Patisserie. He puts out an advert stating that he is hiring an apprentice and a young Afrikaans baker, Annika, responds by bringing Peverell a plate of her koeksisters. It is love at first bite, however, something rather grave is keeping the pair apart.
