Synopsis

Manmadhudu is a story about Abhiram (Nagarjuna), a manager in his own ad agency who despises women and believes they are all traitors. Abhiram's uncle (Tanikella Bharani), who is the chairman of the ad agency, appoints Harika (Sonali Bendre) as an assistant manager despite Abhiram's disapproval.

Abhiram starts mistreating Harika, leading her to submit her resignation to Abhi's uncle. In response, Abhi's uncle narrates Abhiram's backstory to Harika. Abhi was born into wealth and raised by his grandfather (Balayya) after his parents passed away. Abhi fell in love with Maheswari (Anshu), but her uncle (Chandra Mohan) intervened and arranged her marriage to another man.

Abhi went to the wedding venue, rescued Maheswari, and they were involved in an accident. When Abhi woke up from a coma, he learned that Maheswari was set to marry someone else, leading to his deep-seated hatred towards women.

After the flashback, Abhi's uncle promotes Harika to Manager position and demotes Abhi to Assistant Manager. The story unfolds as Abhi gradually falls in love with Harika.
