Listening to the soundtrack of Matusalem outside of reading the novel is a rewarding experience in itself. The music stands on its own as a beautiful and evocative piece of art that can be enjoyed independently of the story it accompanies.

Amanda Roberts

I found the music to be lacking in emotional depth and complexity, which made it somewhat forgettable overall. It didn't quite succeed in evoking the deeper philosophical questions raised by the novel regarding immortality and sustainability.

Overall, the soundtrack of Matusalem was serviceable but didn't leave a lasting impression on me. It played its role in setting the tone for the novel, but I believe it had the potential to be more daring and impactful in conveying the complex themes explored in Asimov's work.
