Origin of the franchise starred by the bounty hunter Samus Aran starts here!. Metroid is a mix between action, adventure, typical Sci-Fi B movie of the 80's with 2D's side-scrolling platform videogame created by NES (Nintendo Entertaintment System), where the player controls Samus Aran. The game sets on the planet Zebes, a large, open-ended world with several subterranean areas connected by doors and elevators, separated notably in shape, color and music. According the player controls Samus Aran as she travels through the planet's caverns to hunt space pirates, she begins with a weak gun as her only weapon, and with only the ability to jump. Aran must explore all the areas and collects different power-ups that bring Samus special abilities and enhance her armor and weaponry, giving access to areas previously inaccessible. Using these power-ups collected as Morph Ball (which allows Samus to curl into a ball to roll into tunnels), missile, bomb, and Screw Attack (a somersaulting move that destroys enemies in its path), Aran must to increase her stamina the most possible, to sure having enough energy life to defeat space pirates, Ridley and Kraid, hidden in two different places of Zebes, that they must be to kill them before to fight Mother Brain, Metroid's leader. Find Morph Ball, bomb and Screw Attack, collect the maximum stamina and missiles, defeat Ridley and Kraid and finally the destroy Mother Brain, but sure to survive after destroy it!.
