Dr. Brogan gets a new patient in Helena, who has fallen into a vegetative state after witnessing the gruesome murders of three of her schoolmates. Brogan will soon realize that Helena is not a normal patient, as the young woman begins to transmit painful and violent images of the events that happened that night. Terror has found Brogan, although his detective friend Bianchi refuses to speak about possible supernatural or satanic causes that the doctor discovers behind the crimes in which Helena seems to be always involved. Brogan must begin a desperate race against horror, and while he no longer believed in anything, perhaps only believing in God can save him.
