Synopsis

In authentic footage filmed exclusively by Haya, and edited with a professional documentary filmmaker, we follow Haya, raised by grandparents and in a series of foster families, as she sets out to learn about her mother, who died during childbirth in Ethiopia, leaving her no memento or keepsake.
