Synopsis

Neighboring Sounds is a Brazilian drama film directed by Kleber Mendonça Filho. The movie follows the lives of residents in a wealthy neighborhood in Recife, Brazil, who hire a private security firm to protect them from crime. As tensions rise between the residents and the security guards, long-buried secrets and resentments come to light, revealing the darker side of the seemingly idyllic neighborhood.
