Synopsis

When Travis Touchdown buys a beam katana from an Internet auction, he uses it to take down a contract killer named Helter Skelter. Suddenly, Touchdown finds himself ranked #11 by the UAA, a global governing body of assassins, and he travels throughout the Southern California city of Santa Destroy to kill his way to the top of the list.
