Synopsis

In a true story, former probation officer Marilyn Gambrell and a colleague pioneer a pioneering trial-based program based in one of America's toughest high schools to help children of incarcerated parents regain control of their own lives and not expect the same thing to happen. as it happened to their parents. To everyone's surprise, the program works, but the administration has warned the duo that it won't last unless all of the seniors are able to pass their finals and graduate with the class. As the end of the school year approaches, Gambrell faces a crisis to save everything she believes in or lose everything.
