Synopsis

Notorious is a 1946 American film noir directed and produced by Alfred Hitchcock. The film stars Cary Grant, Ingrid Bergman, and Claude Rains as three main characters. The story follows a woman named Alicia Huberman, who is recruited by the American government to spy on a group of Nazis in Brazil. She is paired with a government agent named Devlin, with whom she falls in love. However, their relationship is tested when Alicia is asked to seduce a Nazi leader in order to obtain valuable information. As the mission becomes more dangerous, Alicia and Devlin must navigate their feelings for each other while trying to complete their mission.
