The soundtrack of On Becoming a God in Central Florida felt disjointed and out of place at times, failing to enhance the overall tone and atmosphere of the series. The music choices seemed random and often distracted from the storytelling rather than complementing it.

I appreciate how the soundtrack incorporates nostalgic 90s tunes that help transport the audience to the setting of Central Florida in the early 1990s. The blend of original score and popular tracks creates a unique atmosphere that immerses viewers in Krystal's world and adds emotional resonance to her quest for revenge.

The use of popular songs from the 1990s in the soundtrack felt forced and cliché, relying too heavily on nostalgia to create an emotional impact. Instead of adding authenticity to the setting, the music choices came across as predictable and unoriginal, failing to bring anything fresh or unique to the series.
